Here's a Tuesday morning workout with some rest, and a lot of yards:

6 x 100 warm up on 1:25

6 x 150 kick on 2:30

16 x 25 on :28

(3 x 200 on 4:15)
(3 x 200 on 2:50) x 2
(3 x 100 on 1:25)

100 swim down

5600 TOTAL
