We're all planning on swimming the Hour Swim in 3 days, so coach has backed off on yardage a little bit. We've been doing a lot of freestyle repeats at Hour Swim Pace. Instead of backing off, I have been doing a little more butterfly until we get back to 5200+ daily at North Shore Pool in St. Pete.
