10 x 50 25 fly, 25 free on :50
5 x 200 free on 2:50
6 x 75 easy on 1:15
5 x 200 pull on 2:50
6 x 75 easy on 1:15
5 x 200 kick on 3:20
200 swim down
5300 scy
