Hitting the 5000 Mark
Finally able to get 90 minutes in cooler water, and I got to write up the workout for the group. Most did the 4450 total short course yards, but Kurt Macha and I did the ALT workout that gave us a total of 5000 yds! It felt good to be back!!!
